Summary:

Summary:
Casino Housekeeping is responsible for the upkeep, and cleaning of the gaming complex to include machines, bathrooms and offices located at the casino. Housekeeping personnel will produce the highest quality of cleanliness in all areas following established procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the gaming complex stays in a clean, sanitized fashion
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning of wood, glass, pictures, doors, tables, chairs, slot machines, and carpets
- Responsible for cleanliness of floors in assigned public and employee areas, which includes all front and back of the casino
- Maintains and cleans equipment used; Uses equipment properly

Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Report to work station as scheduled in proper uniform and ready to work
- Complete all side-work as directed by supervisor. Keeps service stations stocked with needed supplies, including clean silverware, china, glassware, ice, and condiments

Summary:
Casino Housekeeping is responsible for the upkeep, and cleaning of the gaming complex to include machines, bathrooms and offices located at the casino. Housekeeping personnel will produce the highest quality of cleanliness in all areas following established procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that the gaming complex stays in a clean, sanitized fashion
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning of wood, glass, pictures, doors, tables, chairs, slot machines, and carpets
- Responsible for cleanliness of floors in assigned public and employee areas, which includes all front and back of the casino
- Maintains and cleans equipment used; Uses equipment properly
- According to periodic maintenance schedule, shampoos and extracts carpets
- Responsible for informing the Housekeeping Manager of any needed cleaning supplies or maintenance concerns
- Ensures that all applicable operating policies and procedures are adhered to at all times without deviation and be extremely knowledgeable of Minimum Internal Control Standards and Fiscal Policies and Procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- One (1) year experience in custodial or housekeeping duties is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment preferred but not required
- Must be willing and able to work all shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, & overtime as required
- Must be able to lift and maneuver a minimum of sixty (60) pounds
- Must be able to push or pull a minimum of five (5) to sixty (60) pounds to assigned areas
- Must be able to walk or stand for 100% of assigned shift (6-8 hours)
- Ability to tolerate areas containing dust, second-hand smoke, bright lights and loud noises
- Uses dexterity and gross motor skills continually; Frequently bends, pulls, pushes, lifts, and reaches above shoulders; Occasionally kneels, climbs, and crawls to work in difficult positions
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a PCI Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment

Summary:
The Players Club Supervisor effectively coordinates the day to day office operations of the Players Club department; Ensures communication and coordination within all areas of the Players Club with other departments; Assists the Players Club Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Effectively coordinates the day to day operations of the Players Club
- Ensures communication within all departments
- Manage Players Club and Casino Ambassadors during Manager's absence
- Assists with the organization and execution of players' parties, special events, and promotions
- Oversee and or participate in greeting of busses
- Act as liaison between guest and management as relates to needs of guest and employee complaints
- Maintains authority to authorize comps for guests are designated by management
- Will assist the Players Club Manager with enforcing all SOP's and Guest Service standards in the organization and recommend changes for improvement
- Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to PCI Gaming policies and procedures
- Assists in maintaining inventory of promotional giveaway items and recommends items for use in future giveaways
- Ensure their shift achieves greater than a 4.0 Guest Service Audit, Guest Intercept, and Secret Shop scores
- Manage staffing to ensure that their shift averages more than 16 transactions per representative
- Assists in needed training for the Players Club Reps
- Supervises staff relationships with guests
- Oversees and directs the redemption of promotional items/direct mail offers and their distribution
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience or one (1) year as a Players Club Representative
- Must have maintained greater than 18 transactions per hour for (score) a total of 3 months as a Players Club Representative
- Must have maintained a Guest Service Audit score of 4.0 or above as a players club representative for two consecutive quarters
- Experience with Casino Marketing is preferred
- Basic computer literacy with good oral and written English communication skills
- Willing and able to work various hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a PCI Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
