Summary: The Activity Specialist (AS) is responsible for planning, organizing, guiding and facilitating an array of individual and group activities associated with Escape's Fitness, Discovery and Adventure programs. These activities include: yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, personal training, walking, golf, fishing, biking, hiking, horseback riding, team building, self-improvement, nutrition and fitness. The AS serves as a host, guide and entertainer in the realm of performing key responsibilities. Special emphasis is placed on administering transportation schedules ensuring that guests arrive safely and timely to excursion destinations. The AS ensures that all activities are fun and memorable to those that participate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and administer adventure program activities consistent with brand initiatives
Organize, conduct and lead various individual & group activities
Assess the physical condition of all participants performing organized activities
Educate individuals on proper and safe exercise form
Demonstrate proper use of cardio and weight training equipment
Develop & implement fitness challenges that promote wellness
Ensure that guests are provided with an fun, entertaining, upbeat and memorable activity experience
Facilitate Discovery workshops, demos and classes
Develop a quarterly newsletter with emphasis on fitness and adventure activities
Actively meet, greet, orient and assist guests enjoying the Escape experience
Administer transportation requirements ensuring guests reach their destination on time
Ensure that company vehicles are properly cleaned and well maintained
Travel and participate in promotional activities as required
Enforce and comply with departmental policies and procedures

High School diploma or GED required
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
Must be certified as a Personal Trainer and/or Yoga Instructor from an accredited organization. Must be certified in an additional escape related discipline within 6 months of employment (i.e. Tai Chi, Pilates, Zumba, Health Coach) ; discipline selection subject to Director approval
Must be able to research a topic, develop a presentation, and deliver information in an effective manner (presentation/audition required)
Must be able to lead and motivate people in a group environment (audition required)
Certified in CPR or attain certification within 6 months of employment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills (skills test will be administered)
Excellent planning & organizational skills
Ability to work a varied schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Summary:
The Cocktail Server shall serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items. Liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, daily special products and services available in the assigned venue
- Greets guests, and takes beverage orders and relays to bartender, effectively utilizing the POS system and PLU (Price Look Up) numbers, and utilizing the appropriate Order Call system
- Must be able to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test
- Responsible for complying with established policies on Reasonable Service of Alcohol
- With assistance from the Beverage Manager, assures each individual site is in compliance with PCI's Alcohol Policies & Procedures regarding the sale of alcohol on Tribal property
- Ensures sufficient inventories are maintained to meet the needs of the beverage operation
- Ensures that all applicable reports are completed in a timely manner
- Ensures the physical condition of the premises are maintained in a safe, healthy manner

Summary:
The Casino Housekeeper is responsible for the upkeep, and cleaning of the gaming complex to include machines, bathrooms and offices located at the casino. Housekeeping personnel will produce the highest quality of cleanliness in all areas following established procedures.

- Ensures that the gaming complex stays in a clean, sanitized fashion
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, cleaning of wood, glass, pictures, doors, tables, chairs, slot machines, and carpets

- Maintains and cleans equipment used; Uses equipment properly

Summary:

- Complete all side-work as directed by supervisor. Keeps service stations stocked with needed supplies, including clean silverware, china, glassware, ice, and condiments

Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts with assistance of the purchasing manager and purchasing director
Perform functions in Stratton Warren, the company’s purchasing system, including maintaining the item master, creating purchase orders and placing orders with various vendors
Contact suppliers to place orders; Ensure the quality, quantity and timeliness of delivery requirements are met
Gather information for qualification of vendors and establishment of credit/accounts
Conduct purchasing procedures which conform to PCI Gaming and the Poarch Band of Creek Indians standards
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years extensive buying experience in a multiple outlet / multiple property hospitality operation required, preferably in a casino environment
- Experience with Stratton Warren purchasing systems preferred
- Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to forecast requirements and plan for and meet operation needs as the situation arises
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have a PCI Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment

Summary:
The Cocktail Server shall serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to customers seated at Gaming Machines or bar areas throughout the gaming facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items. Liquor brands, beers, non-alcoholic selections, daily special products and services available in the assigned venue
- Greets guests, and takes beverage orders and relays to bartender, effectively utilizing the POS system and PLU (Price Look Up) numbers, and utilizing the appropriate Order Call system
- Must be able to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test
- Responsible for complying with established policies on Reasonable Service of Alcohol
- With assistance from the Beverage Manager, assures each individual site is in compliance with PCI's Alcohol Policies & Procedures regarding the sale of alcohol on Tribal property
- Ensures sufficient inventories are maintained to meet the needs of the beverage operation
- Ensures that all applicable reports are completed in a timely manner
- Ensures the physical condition of the premises are maintained in a safe, healthy manner
- Ensures that all applicable operating policies and procedures are adhered to at all times without deviation and be extremely knowledgeable of the Minimum Internal Control Standards, Alcohol Policies & Procedures, and Fiscal Policies and Procedures
- Anticipates guests needs, responding promptly and acknowledging guests even when busy
- Other duties & responsibilities as assigned

- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
- A minimum of one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- Must possess a high level of maturity, dependability, and punctuality
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of PCI Gaming
- Must be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, in English, effectively both verbally and in writing, and understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats
- Must successfully complete Responsible Vendor Alcoholic Beverage Service, and TIPS training
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations

Summary:
The Employee Dining Room (EDR)/Grab-n-Go Attendant works as a Cashier and supports either the Employee Dining Room or Grab-n-Go operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- EDR/Grab-n-Go Attendant must possess the ability to adequately complete required forms and handle cash transactions in an accurate and timely manner
- They should have experience in foods/concessions and are responsible for basic preparation, maintaining, and serving of concession and Smorgasbord type items
