• Assists in needed training for the Players Club Reps
• Supervises staff relationships with guests
• Oversees and directs the redemption of promotional items/direct mail offers and their distribution
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience or one (1) year as a Players Club Representative
• Must have maintained greater than 18 transactions per hour for (score) a total of 3 months as a Players Club Representative
• Must have maintained a Guest Service Audit score of 4.0 or above as a players club representative for two consecutive quarters
• Experience with Casino Marketing is preferred
• Basic computer literacy with good oral and written English communication skills
• Willing and able to work various hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
• Must have a PCI Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position
• Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
